Scoughall Farm HS 2006

 

Welcome to Scoughall Farm Holiday Meet Hosted by Perth & Angus DA.   There are loads of interesting places to visit around North Berwick. Here a few : Scottish Seabird Centre, Fenton Barns, Law Hill, Dirleton Castle, Tantallion Castle,  Museum of Flight  (where Concorde is housed), John Muir Country Park and many more with Edinburgh only half an hour away by train.

Throughout the meet, there are various events planned, such as the Brewery Trip, Cycle trip and the Puppet Show, times and dates are subject to confirmation. Here is a pre-view of what’s happening  

 

Monday Evenings –Ralph’s Movie Night in the Marquee 7.30pm . Bring your own seats and sweets and enjoy the film.

 

Wed 12th July – Bingo Evening in the marquee 8pm. Bring your own pen and pack of cards per family for a bingo evening with a difference.

 

Sat 15th July –French Night – drinking to absence of friends (Wear something appropriate) in the marquee 8pm. bring your own drinks & nibbles.

 

Wed 19th July – Beetle Drive Evening. Meet in the marquee at 8pm. Bring a pen.

 

Sat 22nd July – Pearl & Ruby Anniversary ‘Cocktail Party’ , 8pm in the marquee. Wear something red or pearl and relax with exotic cocktails, including Pearly Nipple, Swish Swish on the Beach etc… There will also be Non Alcoholic Cocktails for Tee-Totals and Children. For a list of beverages needed, see Deb’s. Enjoy a fun night of games. Don’t forget you drinks and nibbles.

 

Wed 26th July – Picnic and Crabbing to Cove Bay (which is only a short drive away). Bring you own Picnic, blankets & Wetsuits for jumping off the harbour wall!

 

Sat 29th July – Enjoy the Circus themed evening in the ‘Big Top.’ Sit back and enjoy the acts and join in. Followed by Beach Bonfire (weather permitting). Bring your own drinks & nibbles.

 

Mon 31st July – Evening Meal out to local restaurant. Names to Debbie by Saturday 29th for tables to be booked.

 

Wed 2nd Aug – Ladies day at the Crab Race, catch your own crab for the race, only 25p per crab to enter and winner takes all. Followed by Sand Sculpture Competition, judging takes place at 4pm .

 

Fri 4th Aug – Dregs Party in the Marquee 8pm. Bring your own dregs and nibbles.
